And Saturday was BEAUTIFUL (and today.....its freezing.....go figure)!
Seriously, it was mid-70's here...
So, we went to the park (apparently along with most residents of Wichita Falls).
To say it was crowded would be a royal understatement...but it was too nice to say inside. Besides...Chris wasn't working (nor was there an imminent test to study for)....so off we went!
Trying to figure out how to best get on the playground without getting run over by the big kids.
But, she compromised and rode with Dad instead....
It took a lot of restraint to not yell, "be careful" constantly. I swore I would not be THAT mom.
The slide was SOOOOOO high for my little munchkin girl....and she REALLY wanted to slide by herself.
But, she compromised and rode with Dad instead....
Thankfully we found a more "toddler" size slide at the other end of the park. Which she promptly slid down alllll by herself. Then wanted Chris to slide down ...
Pediped shoes are not good slide climbing shoes in case you were thinking about trying it.
And she slid again.....and again....and again.....
And just had fun at the park!
Can't wait for Texas' 1 week of spring (but, on the other hand, I CAN wait for 100 degree summers...ick)!
