Wait...I'm not in Delaware...so, why is it snowing?!

Yup, my last post was raving about how BEAUTIFUL it was here.

And now we are on snow day # 2 !!!!!

To remind myself not to complain about the icky weather, all I have to do is look at this picture:

This is a picture of Chris (taken last year) who is celebrating finally finishing shoveling the sidewalks around our house in DE. It was quite the accomplishment because it had snowed 3 FEET in one weekend.

It can't snow THAT much in TX (can it? Please say no....)!

Because it is probably the only snow we will get this winter, I convinced Chris to bundle up and take Clark outside.

Look how cute they are...all bundled up and ready to go!

I braved the cold too, but there were no pictures taken of the photographer (because, lets be honest...who does their hair and make-up on snow days? not me...)

We threw Lola out first....poor puppy....doesn't she look miserable?!

Clark actually ran around in the snow for a while.

And Lola had fun in the snow too

She really was having a good time despite this grumpy face. Lately, I can't seem to get a good picture of her looking at the camera.....

And with that, I officially declared it too cold for us to be outside!

So, we went in and warmed up.

And I put Chris to work on finishing Clark's new bookshelves.

Didn't he do a good job?!?!

It took her about 0.000009 seconds for Clark to take all those books off the shelves....

Sigh....
